How do I make a purchase?
Shopping at Gaastra is easy, quick and 24 hours a day possible. First of all, all products can be viewed without obligations. Once you have found an item, you can register one-time only, or shop as a new customer. During your registration you can also enter your phone number so we can reach you when necessary.
As a registered customer you will be able to enjoy the following benefits:

- Save your address and card details so you can shop even quicker next time

Is there a minimum order value?
Yes, please note that we have a minimum order of EUR 20,- excluding shipping fees. Also in case of using a voucher the minimum order value remains EUR 20,- excluding shipping fees.
Do I have to register to order at the Gaastra online shop?
No, you can shop at Gaastra online shop without creating an account. There are two options:
a) "I am a returning customer": order via your Gaastra account
b) "I am a new customer": order without account-registration
After you have placed your order, you can enter a password so you will be automatically registered for your next order at Gaastra Estore.

How do I know if my order was placed?
Once your order has been completed you will see the confirmation on the screen. You will also receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail please contact our customer service via email@example.com. As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will be sent an email to confirm that it is on its way. The email will include a tracking number, so that you can track the status of your order.
I did not receive an order confirmation e-mail, what to do?
If you did not receive a confirmation e-mail, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org or our contact form. Please mention the shipping address you provided during your order.
Tip: save the order confirmation or print it directly after ordering.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you want to cancel your order please write an e-mail to email@example.com or call our customer service under +49 38874-899693 (Mondays to Fridays 9am - 6pm). We will try to fulfill your request. Please note that we cannot cancel or change orders once they have been transferred to our logistic partner.
What is "My Account" and how can I use this?
In "My Account" you can review your data details like delivery address, past orders and which products are listed on your Wish List. Data that belongs to your personal profile - like delivery address- can be changed here. For an optimal use of the Gaastra online shop you have to be registered for "My Account" and sign in. If you haven't registered yet you can easily do this here.
If you are a registered customer you can easily login with your e-mail address and password. Click right on the top bar at the link "My Account". A login bar will appear where you can enter your e-mail and password. Forgotten your password? You can reset your password here as well.
What size am I?
On each product detail page, you can open the size chart of Gaastra. Just click on "Size guide" to the right of the product. With help of the size chart you can easily and quickly look up which size you will need for the product. Why does the product I ordered look differently?
We do our very best to represent the Gaastra products offered here as truthful as possible. In some cases products may differ in colour. This can be traced back to display settings or your monitor. You are welcome to return or exchange any products that do not meet your expectations.
