Delivery to these countries costs EUR 5 and is free of charge on orders over EUR 80:

As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive an email stating the DHL tracking number. You can check the status of your order after receiving the email via the link provided. After we have transferred your order to our shipping partner you will also receive an email with a package number.

In Germany we ship our orders with DHL. DHL offers an online tracking system. As soon as we have transferred your order to our logistic partner we will sent you an e-mail with your tracking code. This way you will always be informed about the status of your tracking.
Our shipping partners try to deliver your package multiple times. If you are not at home during the first delivery you will get a notification to make an appointment for a second delivery. If the second delivery fails too the package will be sent back to our warehouse and we will refund your money if you already made a payment.
