Gaastra ships all packages free of charge within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany with an order of at least €70, below this amount we charge €5.95 for shipping costs. Standard shipping costs are charged for shipments to all other countries outside the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany.

Your package will be delivered within 1-2 working days after placing the order, unless otherwise stated.

A signature may be requested upon receipt. If you are not at home to receive the package, the carrier will leave a note with information about how and where you can pick up the package. It is also possible that he/she will try two more times to deliver your package. Please note that we cannot change a delivery address once the order has been shipped. In addition, we will not send your package again if you have not been able to receive it.


Returns and exchanges

Are you not satisfied with your purchase for any reason? Then return your unused, unworn items within 14 days.

If you have had your order delivered in the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany, you can return it via a parcel shop with the enclosed return label. Please kindly note that we don't have a free return service. 

Pay attention! Register your return or exchange online in advance for quick processing. Follow the instructions below:

  • Log in to your Account
  • No account yet? Click on 'Forgot password' and enter the email address you used when placing your order. Receive your password by email and log in.
  • Go to 'My orders' and select the relevant order.
  • Click on 'Return' and follow the instructions.
  • Close the package tightly and stick the shipping label on it.
  • Take your package to a PostNL point (for the Netherlands) or Bpost point (for Belgium) nearby. DHL for Germany.




All goods are inspected upon receipt. Within 14 days you will receive a refund for the returned items to the account you used for the original purchase. Shipping costs are for your own account outside the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany. The costs depend on the postal company you use. Gaastra Sportswear can charge costs if we receive items back damaged. Gaastra Sportswear is not responsible for shoes that are incorrectly returned to us. We recommend that you use a courier service that insures you for the value of the products you return, or provides you with proof of shipment.

The shoes must be returned with their labels still attached. Online orders cannot be returned to our dealers or other stores.

In addition to the above return procedure, use can also be made of the European return form. The European return form is a general model withdrawal form in which you can indicate what applies to you to return an order. This form can also be found as an attachment in our general terms and conditions.

If you want to use another courier service, the shipping costs are for your own account. Send the package to our central warehouse:
